Ingredients/Components
- cinnamon - 1/2 tsp
- packed brown sugar - 1 c
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- egg - 1 item
- chopped nuts optional - 1/2 c
- raisins - 1/2 c
- soft margarine - 3/4 c
- uncooked quick oats - 4 c
- mashed bananas 3 large
How to make breakfast bars:
Preheat oven to 350° and grease a 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan. In large bowl, cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy with electric mixer. At medium speed, beat in egg, salt, cinnamon and bananas. Stir in remaining ingredients. Turn batter into pan.Recipe categories: Lunch/snacks, Breakfast, Grains.
