How to make bread pudding:
Break bread into small chunks. Place in a large bowl. Add milk and let soak 10 minutes. Work mixture with hands until milk is absorbed. Combine eggs and next four ingredients. Stir into bread mixture. Pour into a 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish. Bake at 350° for 50 minutes, until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
