Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1/4 c
- cinnamon - 1 tsp
- eggs - 3 item
- vanilla
- milk - 4 c
- raisins optional - 1 c
- salt optional - 1/2 tsp
- slices bread, buttered - 5 item
How to make bread pudding:
Cut or tear bread into cubes. Place in large bowl. Beat eggs. Add sugar, milk, raisins and remaining ingredients. Mix with bread. Pour into a 2-quart greased baking dish. Cover and bake 1 hour (uncovered l5 minutes more) at 350°.Recipe categories: Desserts, Puddings and mousses, American.
