Ingredients/Components
- chopped nuts - 1/2 3/4
- flour
- stick margarine - 1 item
- powdered sugar - 1 c
- Cool Whip
- milk* - 3 c
- Beat the pudding with the milk
- Mix ingredients together; pat into bottom of pan
- Add Cool Whip and beat
- nuts, cookie crumbs or coconut - 1 item
How to make lemon torte:
Use a 9 x 13-inch cake pan. Mix ingredients together; pat into bottom of pan. Bake at 350° for 15 to 20 minutes, until brown.Cream Cheese Layer:8 oz. cream cheese, softened1 c. powdered sugar1 1/2 c. Cool Whip Beat cream cheese and powdered sugar. Add Cool Whip and beat. Spread gently over cooled crust.Filling:2 small pkg. instant pudding (lemon or coconut)*3 c. milk* *Or use 1 large package instant pudding and 2 cups milk.Beat the pudding with the milk.Topping: Cool Whip topping nuts, cookie crumbs or coconut Spread top with Cool Whip (amount desired). Sprinkle top with nuts, cookie crumbs or coconut.
