Brandied cranberries
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 2 c
- pkg - 1 oz
- to 1/4 c - 1 Tbsp
How to make brandied cranberries:
Wash cranberries and discard any unacceptable cranberries. Combine cranberries and sugar in a 13 X 9 inch Pyrex dish. Cover with foil and bake at 350 degrees for 45 to 50 minutes or until cranberries take on a "candied" appearance. Allow to cool. Add brandy to baked cranberries and stir. Store in a sealed container in refrigerator. Great as a relish or use as a topping on a dessert.Recipe categories: 5 ingredients or less, Condiments, etc., Weeknight.
