Ingredients/Components
- fresh carrots
- margarine or butter, melted - 1/4 c
- brandy or pineapple juice - 1/4 c
- sugar - 1 tsp
- salt - 1 tsp
How to make brandied carrots:
Cut carrots into 2 1/2 x 1/4-inch strips. Place in ungreased square pan (8 x 8 x 2-inch). Mix remaining ingredients; pour over carrots. Cover and cook in a 375° oven until carrots are tender, about 40 minutes. Yields 4 servings.Recipe categories: Side dish, Vegetables, Carrots.
