Ingredients/Components
- heavy cream - 2 Tbsp
- onion - 1 tsp
- cooked rice - 1/2 c
- raw hamburger
- cabbage leaves - 2 item
- salt-free tomato sauce - 1/4 c
- dash of pepper, oregano and green pepper - 1 item
How to make stuffed cabbage:
Parboil cabbage leaves 5 minutes. Mix all other ingredients and place half of mixture on each leaf. Roll tightly and place in greased baking dish. Pour tomato sauce over rolls and bake at 350° for 1 hour. Yields 1 serving.Count as 2 meat exchanges or ounces, 1 vegetable serving worth 10 potassium points and 1 salt-free bread or starch serving.
