Stuffed cabbage



  • heavy cream - 2 Tbsp
  • onion - 1 tsp
  • cooked rice - 1/2 c
  • raw hamburger
  • cabbage leaves - 2 item
  • salt-free tomato sauce - 1/4 c
  • dash of pepper, oregano and green pepper - 1 item

How to make stuffed cabbage:

Parboil cabbage leaves 5 minutes. Mix all other ingredients and place half of mixture on each leaf. Roll tightly and place in greased baking dish. Pour tomato sauce over rolls and bake at 350° for 1 hour. Yields 1 serving.
