Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 3 c
- cinnamon - 1 tsp
- salt - 2 tsp
- flour - 5 c
- nutmeg - 1 tsp
- oil - 1 c
- buttermilk - 1 qt
- baking soda - 5 tsp
- ground cloves - 1 tsp
- beaten eggs - 4 item
- Raisin Bran, crush into small bits - 15 oz
How to make bran muffins:
Mix all together. Grease muffin tin (cupcake tin). Fill 3/4 full. Bake at 400° for 15 to 20 minutes. (Mix will keep in refrigerator up to 6 weeks.)Recipe categories: Breads, Quick breads, Muffins.
