Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 2 3
- cinnamon - 1 Tbsp
- salt - 2 tsp
- flour - 5 c
- nutmeg - 1/2 tsp
- oil - 1 c
- buttermilk - 1 qt
- baking soda - 5 tsp
- beaten eggs - 4 item
- box Raisin Bran cereal - 1 oz
How to make big batch bran muffins:
Stir all ingredients together in large bowl. Pour into paper lined muffin cups. Fill 2/3 full. Bake at 400° for 15 to 20 minutes. Makes 4 dozen.This recipe is great because you can make as few muffins as you want and the batter keeps for up to 6 weeks in refrigerator. Make some every morning.
