  • sugar - 2 3
  • cinnamon - 1 Tbsp
  • salt - 2 tsp
  • flour - 5 c
  • nutmeg - 1/2 tsp
  • oil - 1 c
  • buttermilk - 1 qt
  • baking soda - 5 tsp
  • beaten eggs - 4 item
  • box Raisin Bran cereal - 1 oz

How to make big batch bran muffins:

Stir all ingredients together in large bowl. Pour into paper lined muffin cups. Fill 2/3 full. Bake at 400° for 15 to 20 minutes. Makes 4 dozen.

This recipe is great because you can make as few muffins as you want and the batter keeps for up to 6 weeks in refrigerator. Make some every morning.
