Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 3 c
- salt - 2 tsp
- soda - 5 tsp
- buttermilk - 1 qt
- melted butter - 1 c
- eggs, beaten slightly - 4 item
- box Raisin Bran - 1 oz
- flour unsifted - 5 c
How to make bran muffins:
Mix sugar, flour, Raisin Bran, soda and salt in a large bowl. In a separate bowl, mix eggs, buttermilk and butter. Combine the two mixtures.This can be stored in the refrigerator in a covered container for up to 2 weeks. Bake at 400° for 15 to 20 minutes for fresh muffins anytime.
