Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 2 c
- cinnamon - 1 tsp
- eggs - 3 item
- vanilla - 3 Tbsp
- salt - 1 tsp
- flour - 3 c
- oil - 1 c
- soda - 1 tsp
- baking powder - 1/4 tsp
- ginger - 1 tsp
- grated zucchini - 2 c
- cloves - 1 tsp
How to make zucchini bread:
Mix together eggs, sugar and oil. Beat well. Add the remaining ingredients and blend well. Grease and flour 2 large or 3 small loaf pans. Bake at 350° for 1 hour.Recipe categories: Breads, Quick breads, Sweet.
