Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 c
- eggs - 3 item
- salt - 1 tsp
- flour - 3 c
- brown sugar - 1 c
- oil - 3/4 c
- soda - 2 tsp
- buttermilk - 1 qt
- box Raisin Bran - 15 oz
How to make raisin bran muffins:
Empty box of Raisin Bran into large bowl. Pour buttermilk over it. Let soak 1 hour.Blend in eggs, oil, sugar and flour (mixed with soda) and other dry ingredients. (Add flour gradually.) Cover and store in fridge at least 6 hours.
Spray muffin cups with vegetable spray. Fill cups 3/4 full. Bake at 400° for 20 to 25 minutes.
Batter can be stored in fridge up to 6 weeks and baked as needed.
