  • sour cream - 16 oz
  • cloves garlic - 2 item
  • dill - 1 tsp
  • sweet unsalted whipped butter - 8 oz
  • each: salt, basil, marjoram and chives - 1/2 tsp
  • each: thyme and pepper - 1/4 tsp

How to make boursin cheese:

Place garlic cloves in blender or food processor and crush. Add remaining ingredients, store in refrigerator. Serve on crackers or bread.
