Ingredients/Components
- cocoa - 2 Tbsp
- powdered sugar - 1 c
- finely chopped pecans - 1 c
- light corn syrup
- bourbon - 1/4 c
- vanilla wafers, crushed - 1 c
- powdered sugar for rolling - 1 item
How to make bourbon balls:
Mix together wafer crumbs, pecans, powdered sugar and cocoa. Blend bourbon and syrup. Combine the mixtures. Shape into 1-inch balls. Roll lightly in powdered sugar and refrigerate in airtight container. Makes 4 dozen.Recipe categories: Desserts, American, Southern u.s..
