  • vanilla wafer crumbs - 1 c
  • cocoa - 2 Tbsp
  • powdered sugar - 1 c
  • finely chopped pecans - 1 c
  • light corn syrup
  • bourbon - 1/4 c
  • powdered sugar for rolling - 1 item

How to make bourbon balls:

Combine crumbs, pecans, sugar and cocoa. Blend bourbon and syrup. Mix all ingredients. Shape into 1-inch balls. Roll in powdered sugar. Refrigerate. Makes about 4 dozen.
