Ingredients/Components
- vanilla wafer crumbs - 1 c
- cocoa - 2 Tbsp
- powdered sugar - 1 c
- finely chopped pecans - 1 c
- light corn syrup
- bourbon - 1/4 c
- powdered sugar for rolling - 1 item
How to make bourbon balls:
Combine crumbs, pecans, sugar and cocoa. Blend bourbon and syrup. Mix all ingredients. Shape into 1-inch balls. Roll in powdered sugar. Refrigerate. Makes about 4 dozen.Recipe categories: Desserts, American, Southern u.s..
