  • milk - 1/2 c
  • butter - 1/4 c
  • firmly packed brown sugar - 1/2 c
  • pecan halves - 1/2 c
  • crushed pineapple, undrained - 1 (8
  • Martha White blueberry muffin mix - 2 pkg

How to make blueberry pecan cake:

Preheat oven to 350°. Melt butter in 8-inch square pan. Stir in brown sugar and pineapple. Arrange pecan halves onto pineapple mixture. Combine muffin mix, milk and chopped pecans. Blend well. Spread batter over pineapple mixture and bake 25 to 30 minutes. Invert onto serving plate immediately.
