Blueberry and peach cobbler
Ingredients/Components
- butter, softened - 1/4 c
- sugar - 2 Tbsp
- milk - 1/2 c
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- brown sugar - 2 Tbsp
- cornstarch - 1 Tbsp
- water - 1/2 c
- baking powder
- all-purpose flour
- lemon juice - 1 Tbsp
- blueberries - 1 c
- peeled and sliced peaches - 2 c
How to make blueberry and peach cobbler:
Topping:1 c. all-purpose flour1/2 c. sugar1 1/2 tsp. baking powder1/2 tsp. salt1/2 c. milk1/4 c. butter, softened Cook first 5 ingredients to a boil, stirring until thick. Add fruit and pour into 2-quart baking dish.For topping, combine flour, sugar, baking powder and salt into a mixing bowl. Stir in milk and butter. Spread over fruit mixture and bake at 350° for 50 minutes or until topping is golden brown. Serve warm.
