Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 3/4 c
- cinnamon - 3/4 tsp
- milk - 1/2 c
- flour - 3/4 c
- baking powder - 1/2 tsp
- egg - 1 item
- sifted flour - 2 c
- soft shortening - 1/4 c
- blueberries - 2 c
- Stir in milk
How to make blueberry crumb cake:
Mix sugar, shortening and egg together. Stir in milk. Sift together flour, baking powder and salt and add to batter. Blend in blueberries. Spread in greased and floured cake pan, 8 3/4 x 13 1/2-inch. Put 1/2 of the batter in pan, then the berries, then the rest of the batter. Put Topping on top of batter.
