Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 c
- cinnamon - 1 tsp
- milk - 1/2 c
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- flour - 1/4 c
- baking powder - 2 tsp
- egg - 1 item
- sifted flour - 2 c
- margarine - 1/4 c
- soft margarine - 1/4 c
- fresh blueberries - 2 c
- Then cream butter and sugar in separate bowl
How to make blueberry crumb cake:
Sift together flour, salt and baking powder. Then cream butter and sugar in separate bowl. Add egg and beat until smooth. Then add the dry ingredients and milk. Now fold in blueberries. Pour mixture into a greased 10 3/4 x 7 x 1 1/2-inch pan. Sprinkle on prepared topping.Topping:1/2 c. sugar1 tsp. cinnamon1/4 c. soft margarine1/4 c. flour Mix topping ingredients together, making a consistency to form crumbs.
