Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 c
- cinnamon - 1/2 tsp
- chopped pecans - 1/2 c
- cornstarch
- nutmeg - 1/2 tsp
- lemon juice - 1 Tbsp
- fresh or frozen blueberries - 4 c
- stick margarine, melted - 1 item
- blueberry pie filling - 1 item
- Topping:1/2 box yellow cake mix
How to make blueberry crisp:
Topping:1/2 box yellow cake mix1 stick margarine, melted1/2 c. chopped pecans Add lemon juice to blueberries. Mix together dry ingredients, lemon peel and blueberry pie filling. Turn blueberries into dry mixture. Put in a 9 x 9-inch baking pan.Topping: Sprinkle dry cake mix on top. Drizzle with melted margarine; sprinkle pecans over mixture. Bake at 350° for about 45 minutes, or until brown.
