  • sugar - 1 c
  • cinnamon - 1/2 tsp
  • chopped pecans - 1/2 c
  • cornstarch
  • nutmeg - 1/2 tsp
  • lemon juice - 1 Tbsp
  • fresh or frozen blueberries - 4 c
  • stick margarine, melted - 1 item
  • blueberry pie filling - 1 item
  • Topping:1/2 box yellow cake mix

How to make blueberry crisp:

Topping:1/2 box yellow cake mix1 stick margarine, melted1/2 c. chopped pecans Add lemon juice to blueberries. Mix together dry ingredients, lemon peel and blueberry pie filling. Turn blueberries into dry mixture. Put in a 9 x 9-inch baking pan.

Topping: Sprinkle dry cake mix on top. Drizzle with melted margarine; sprinkle pecans over mixture. Bake at 350° for about 45 minutes, or until brown.
