Cheesecake bars

Ingredients/Components

• vanilla - 1/2 tsp
• milk - 2 Tbsp
• chopped nuts - 1/2 c
• flour - 1 c
• brown sugar - 1/3 c
• butter - 1/3 c
• egg - 1 item
• lemon juice
• white sugar - 3/4 c
• cream cheese, softened - 8 oz

How to make cheesecake bars:

Cream butter and brown sugar. Add flour and nuts to make crumb mixture. Reserve 1 cup crumb mixture for topping. Press remainder into 8-inch square pan. Bake at 350° for 12 to 15 minutes. Blend white sugar, cream cheese, egg, milk, lemon juic
