- shortening - 1/2 c
- margarine - 1/4 c
- softened butter - 1/2 c
- blueberries - 4 c
- plus 2 tsp - 1 Tbsp
- Glaze:2 c
- Fill two 9-inch cake pans halfway
How to make blueberry coffee cake:
Beat first 7 ingredients for 1/2 minute; stir in blueberries. Fill two 9-inch cake pans halfway. Sprinkle with topping. Bake for 45 to 50 minutes at 375°.
