Ingredients/Components

• cinnamon - 1 tsp
• eggs - 2 item
• vanilla - 1 tsp
• milk
• salt
• flour - 4 c
• water - 1/3 1/2
• shortening - 1/2 c
• margarine - 1/4 c
• softened butter - 1/2 c
• blueberries - 4 c
• plus 2 tsp - 1 Tbsp
• Glaze:2 c
• Fill two 9-inch cake pans halfway

How to make blueberry coffee cake:

Beat first 7 ingredients for 1/2 minute; stir in blueberries. Fill two 9-inch cake pans halfway. Sprinkle with topping. Bake for 45 to 50 minutes at 375°. Cool slightly before glazing (optional).Topping:1 c. sugar2/3 c. flour1 tsp. cinnamon1/2 c. softened butter Mix all ingredients.Glaze:2 c. confectioners sugar1/4 c. margarine1 tsp. vanilla1/3 to 1/2 c. water Mix all ingredients until good for spreading.
