  • sugar
  • cinnamon - 1/2 tsp
  • eggs - 4 item
  • vanilla - 1 tsp
  • milk - 1 2
  • sour cream - 1 c
  • salt - 1/4 tsp
  • flour - 1 Tbsp
  • brown sugar - 1/4 c
  • confectioners sugar - 1 c
  • baking powder
  • baking soda - 3/4 tsp
  • unsifted flour - 3 c
  • margarine - 3/4 c
  • blueberries - 2 c

How to make blueberry cake:

Lightly grease and flour a 10-inch tube pan

Sift 3 cups flour with baking soda, baking powder and salt. Set aside. In a small bowl, combine brown sugar, 1 tablespoon of flour and cinnamon. Mix well.

In a large bowl at medium speed, beat margarine, 1 1/2 cups of sugar and vanilla until fluffy. Add eggs, one at a time, beating after each addition. Beat in flour mixture alternately with sour cream. Pour 1/3 of batter into prepared pan. Spread evenly. Mix 2 cups blueberries with 1/2 cup of brown sugar. Sprinkle half of blueberries over batter. Repeat batter and blueberries one more time, ending with 1/3 cup batter. Bake in a 350° oven and bake for 60 minutes.
