- sugar - 1 c
- eggs - 2 item
- flour - 3 c
- baking powder - 2 tsp
- cubes of butter, softened - 3 item
- Add eggs and then flour with baking powder
- tub of sour cream - 1 lb
How to make blueberry coffee cake:
Beat butter and sugar. Add eggs and then flour with baking powder. Spread into 9 x 13 inch greased pan.Topping:4 c. fresh blueberries, or frozen but thawed out and drained1/2 c. sugar2 eggs1 lb. tub of sour cream Mix sugar, eggs and sour cream until mixed well. Put blueberries on the top of the crust and then pour the topping on. Spread evenly over blueberries.
