  • salt - 1 tsp
  • buttermilk - 1 c
  • Worcestershire sauce - 1 tsp
  • garlic salt - 1 tsp
  • mayonnaise - 1 qt
  • dry curd cottage cheese - 1 c
  • Roquefort or Blue cheese, crumbled - 4 oz

How to make blue cheese dressing:

Mix all 6 ingredients with electric mixer. Stir in crumbled cheese. Makes about 1 1/2 quarts.
