Ingredients/Components
- chopped pecans - 1 c
- cream - 2 Tbsp
- parsley - 2 Tbsp
- softened cream cheese
- few drops Worcestershire sauce - 1 item
- butter size of walnut - 1 item
- small onion, chopped very fine - 1 item
- Blue cheese size of 1/2 slice bread
How to make blue cheese ball:
Cream together with wooden spoon the cream cheese, cream, butter, parsley, onion, part of nuts and Worcestershire sauce. Form into ball and roll in rest of nuts.Serve with crackers or rye bread.
