- eggs - 3 item
- water - 2 Tbsp
- nutmeg - 1/2 tsp
- oil - 1/4 c
- whipping cream - 1 c
- margarine - 1/3 c
- rum - 1/4 c
- box yellow cake mix - 1 item
How to make eggnog cake:
Glaze:1/3 c. sugar1/8 tsp. nutmeg1/3 c. margarine2 Tbsp. water2 tsp. rum Mix all ingredients for cake in 2 minutes at highest speed on mixer. Heat oven to 350°. Grease and flour 12-cup Bundt pan. Pour into pan. Bake 35 to 45 minutes.Glaze: Combine all ingredients for glaze. Heat on stove. Pour over cake.
