Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 5 Tbsp
- chopped pecans - 1/4 c
- brown sugar - 3 Tbsp
- cornstarch - 4 Tbsp
- melted margarine - 3 Tbsp
- lemon juice - 1 tsp
- chopped Brazil nuts - 1/4 c
- canned blackberries - 1 qt
- Molly McButter or 1/8 tsp - 1/2 tsp
- Crumb Mixture:30 small vanilla wafers, crumbled
How to make blackberry cobbler:
Crumb Mixture:30 small vanilla wafers, crumbled3 Tbsp. brown sugar3 Tbsp. melted margarine1/4 c. chopped pecans1/4 c. chopped Brazil nuts Mix and cook filling ingredients on medium heat until thickened and pour into a Pam sprayed 8 x 8 x 2 1/2-inch pan.
