Ingredients/Components
- cream cheese - 8 oz
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- butter - 1 Tbsp
- pecans - 2 c
- box powdered sugar - 1 item
How to make cream cheese fudge:
Melt butter and mix in nuts. Spread on cookie sheet and bake at 350° for 15 minutes.In mixer mix softened cream cheese, vanilla and powdered sugar. They should be mixed well. With spoon add pecans, then spread on buttered 8 x 8 x 2-inch pan. Chill overnight.
