  • vanilla - 1 tsp
  • chopped pecans - 1 c
  • flour - 2 c
  • soda - 1 tsp
  • cocoa - 3 Tbsp
  • sticks margarine - 3 item
  • Coca-Cola - 1 c
  • beaten eggs - 2 item
  • marshmallows
  • box powdered sugar - 1 item
  • sour milk - 1/2 c
  • Heat margarine, Coca-Cola and cocoa to boiling point and pour over flour mixture

How to make coca-cola cake:

Combine flour and sugar in mixing bowl. Heat margarine, Coca-Cola and cocoa to boiling point and pour over flour mixture. Mix together thoroughly. Add milk, eggs, soda, vanilla and marshmallows. Bake in greased and floured 9 x 13 x 2-inch pan. Bake at 350° for 30 to 35 minutes. Ice while hot.Icing:1/2 c. margarine1 box powdered sugar1 c. chopped pecans6 Tbsp. Coca-Cola3 Tbsp. cocoa Combine butter, cocoa and Coca-Cola. Heat to boiling. Pour over sugar; beat well. Add pecans; stir well. Spread on cake. Serves 10.
