Black-eyed pea dip
Ingredients/Components
- margarine - 1/2 lb
- clove garlic - 1 item
- can green chilies - 1 oz
- Old English cheese - 1/2 lb
- jalapeno juice - 1 Tbsp
- jalapeno peppers, chopped fine - 5 item
- medium onion, diced fine - 1 item
- black-eyed peas, cooked and drained - 4 c
How to make black-eyed pea dip:
Mix all ingredients, except cheese and margarine, in the blender. Heat cheese and margarine. Put on top of peas in chafing dish.Suggestion: Serve with chips. Great for New Years Party!
