Ingredients/Components
- minced onion - 2 Tbsp
- clove garlic - 1 item
- salt - 1/8 tsp
- lemon juice - 1 tsp
- Worcestershire sauce - 1 tsp
- margarine - 1/4 c
- snipped parsley - 2 Tbsp
- butter or margarine - 2 Tbsp
- beef tenderloin, cut into 8 slices - 1 lb
How to make steak diane:
Cook and stir onion, garlic, salt, lemon juice and Worcestershire sauce in 1/4 cup butter. Stir in parsley. Keep sauce warm. Melt 2 tablespoons butter in skillet. Cook tenderloin slices over medium-high heat to medium done, about 3 or 4 minutes on each side.Recipe categories: Main dish, Beef, Steak.
