Ingredients/Components
- sour cream - 1 c
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- lemon juice - 2 Tbsp
- pepper - 1/4 tsp
- mayonnaise - 1/2 c
- taco seasoning mix - 1 pkg
- Cheddar cheese, grated - 8 oz
- medium avocados - 3 item
- bunch green onions, chopped - 1 item
- large can chopped black olives - 1 item
- cans refried beans jalapeno - 2 oz
- medium tomatoes, dug out and chopped - 3 item
How to make tex-mex dip:
Mash avocados with lemon juice. Mix sour cream, taco mix and mayonnaise. Spread beans on large platter; top with avocado mixture and layer with sour cream mixture, tomatoes, olives and sprinkle with onions. Top with cheese.Recipe categories: Appetizers, Dips, Tex Mex.
