  • sifted flour - 9 c
  • baking powder - 1/3 c
  • salt - 1 Tbsp
  • cream of tartar - 2 tsp
  • sugar - 4 Tbsp
  • nonfat dry milk - 1 c
  • shortening - 2 c

How to make bisquick:

Sift together dry ingredients three times. Cut in shortening until it looks like coarse corn meal. To measure, pile lightly into cup.
