Ingredients/Components

  • eggs - 2 item
  • salt - 2 tsp
  • brown sugar - 1 c
  • oatmeal - 1 c
  • garlic powder - 1/2 tsp
  • pepper - 1/2 tsp
  • catsup
  • chopped onions - 1/2 c
  • ground beef - 3 lb
  • onion, chopped - 1/4 item
  • can evaporated milk - 1 oz
  • cracker crumbs - 1 c
  • liquid smoke - 1/2 tsp
  • chili powder optional - 2 tsp

How to make barbecued meatballs:

Sauce:2 c. catsup1 c. brown sugar1/2 tsp. liquid smoke1/2 tsp. garlic powder1/4 onion, chopped Combine ingredients well and shape into small balls. Freeze. Makes 50 to 70 per size.

Combine sauce ingredients and stir until sugar is dissolved. Pour over meatballs. Bake at 350° for 1 hour.
