Barbecued meatballs
Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 2 item
- salt - 2 tsp
- brown sugar - 1 c
- oatmeal - 1 c
- garlic powder - 1/2 tsp
- pepper - 1/2 tsp
- catsup
- chopped onions - 1/2 c
- ground beef - 3 lb
- onion, chopped - 1/4 item
- can evaporated milk - 1 oz
- cracker crumbs - 1 c
- liquid smoke - 1/2 tsp
- chili powder optional - 2 tsp
How to make barbecued meatballs:
Sauce:2 c. catsup1 c. brown sugar1/2 tsp. liquid smoke1/2 tsp. garlic powder1/4 onion, chopped Combine ingredients well and shape into small balls. Freeze. Makes 50 to 70 per size.Combine sauce ingredients and stir until sugar is dissolved. Pour over meatballs. Bake at 350° for 1 hour.
