  • vinegar - 1/4 c
  • Worcestershire sauce - 1 tsp
  • mustard - 1 Tbsp
  • salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
  • medium onion - 1 item
  • can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
  • can water - 3/4 item
  • beef roast - 4 5

How to make beef roast:

Mix all ingredients and pour over roast. Bake, covered, 3 to 4 hours in a 350° oven.
