Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 3 item
- ??? - 1 tsp
- sugar - 1 c
- flour - 3/4 c
- pumpkin - 2/3 c
- baking powder - 1 tsp
- cream cheese, softened
- powdered sugar - 1 c
- butter - 2 Tbsp
- vanilla - 1 tsp
How to make pumpkin roll:
Filling:8 oz. cream cheese, softened1 c. powdered sugar2 Tbsp. butter1 tsp. vanilla Grease a cookie sheet (13 x 8-inch). Cover with wax paper. Mix all ingredients, except filling. Pour onto wax paper. Bake at 375° for 15 minutes. Turn onto towel well covered with powdered sugar. Remove wax paper and roll. Let cool for 1 hour. Unroll, spread with filling and reroll. Chill for several hours.Filling: Cream all ingredients until smooth.
