  • eggs - 2 item
  • milk - 1/3 c
  • butter - 2 Tbsp
  • mustard - 2 tsp
  • ketchup - 1/2 c
  • bread crumbs - 1/2 c
  • mayonnaise - 1/2 c
  • hamburger - 1 lb
  • onion - 1/4 c
  • macaroni, cooked
  • salt a pinch to taste - 1 item
  • Mix the hamburger, ketchup, onions, milk, salt and eggs thoroughly and place on top of macaroni mixture

How to make beef macaroni casserole:

Macaroni Mixture:7 oz. macaroni, cooked1/2 c. mayonnaise2 tsp. mustard Mix and place in bottom of greased 2-quart dish.

Mix the hamburger, ketchup, onions, milk, salt and eggs thoroughly and place on top of macaroni mixture.Topping:1 c. cheese1/2 c. bread crumbs2 Tbsp. butter Put cheese on top of beef mixture, bread crumbs on top of cheese and butter on top. Bake about 40 to 45 minutes at 325°.
