Ingredients/Components
- water - 1/2 3/4
- garlic powder - 1 tsp
- Worcestershire sauce - 3/4 c
- soy sauce - 3/4 c
- seasoned salt - 3 tsp
- black pepper - 1 tsp
- onion powder - 3 tsp
- liquid smoke - 3 tsp
- meat tenderizer - 3 tsp
- meat - 5 lb
How to make beef jerky:
Slice meat to uniform size. Mix all ingredients, except meat; mix well. Pour over meat and marinate 24 hours.Bake on racks on cookie sheets at 125° to 150° for 8 hours.
Venison works best.
