Ingredients/Components
- soy sauce - 1/2 c
- large onion, diced - 1 item
- stalk celery, diced - 1 item
- beef bouillon cubes - 4 item
- slab round steak, cut up - 1 item
- pieces of garlic, diced - 1 item
- large cans La Choy chop suey vegetables - 2 item
- large cans La Choy bean sprouts - 2 item
How to make beef chop suey:
Brown steak in a little oil. Add celery, onion and garlic to meat; simmer on low heat. Then add chop suey vegetables and bean sprouts (do not drain). Then add soy sauce and bouillon cubes.
