Beef casserole
Ingredients/Components
- pkg - 1 oz
- Parmesan cheese - 1 item
- ground beef - 2 lb
- onion, diced - 1 item
- dry bread crumbs - 2 c
- small jar Cheez Whiz - 1 item
- cans cream of celery soup - 3 item
- dry Italian dressing mix - 1 pkg
- can vegetarian vegetable soup - 1 item
How to make beef casserole:
Brown beef and onion. Drain. Add noodles, soups and Cheez Whiz. Prepare frozen mixed vegetables as package directs. Drain and add to beef mixture. Place in casserole. Combine crumbs, dry salad dressing mix and Parmesan cheese. Sprinkle on top. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes. Makes 2 large casseroles. Serves 16.Recipe categories: Main dish, Casseroles, One Dish meal.
