Ingredients/Components

  • Parmesan cheese - 1/2 c
  • can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
  • ground beef - 1 lb
  • bread crumbs - 2 c
  • large onion, chopped - 1 item
  • small jar Cheez Whiz - 1 item
  • cans cream of celery soup - 3 item
  • Good Seasons Italian dressing mix - 1 pkg
  • frozen mixed veggies - 1 (10
  • can vegetarian vegetable soup - 1 item
  • thin noodles, cooked - 1 (12

How to make beef casserole for a crowd:

Brown beef and onion. Drain. Add cooked noodles, soups and Cheez Whiz. Prepare and drain mixed vegetables. Add to beef mixture.

Place in large baking dish or 2 small and freeze 1. Combine bread crumbs, dressing mix and cheese. Sprinkle on top of mixture.

Bake at 350° for 30 minutes. Dish can be frozen and cooked frozen for 1 hour.
