Beef and vegetable stir-fry
Ingredients/Components
- beef top round steak - 1 lb
- broccoli 1-inch size
- medium carrots - 3 item
- cornstarch - 1 tsp
- salt - 1 tsp
- sugar - 1/2 tsp
- soy sauce
- dry sherry - 2 Tbsp
- cooking oil - 2 Tbsp
- medium onion - 1 item
- frozen peas - 1 c
- water chestnuts - 1/2 c
- bamboo shoots - 1/2 c
- cooked rice - 4 6
How to make beef and vegetable stir-fry:
Slice beef very thin in bite size strips. Add cooking oil to preheated hot wok (high heat). Stir-fry broccoli, carrots and onion in hot oil for 2 minutes or until crisp-tender. Remove from wok. Add more oil, if necessary, before stir-frying the beef sRecipe categories: Main dish, Meat, Beef.
