  • salt - 2 tsp
  • brown sugar - 2 c
  • quick oatmeal - 2 c
  • garlic powder - 1/2 tsp
  • pepper - 1/2 tsp
  • garlic salt - 1/2 tsp
  • chopped onion - 1 item
  • chili powder - 2 Tbsp
  • catsup - 2 c
  • hamburger - 3 lb
  • onion, chopped - 1/2 c
  • can evaporated milk - 1 oz
  • liquid smoke - 1 Tbsp

How to make sweet and sour meatballs:

Mix hamburger, milk, oatmeal, eggs, chopped onion, garlic powder, pepper, chili powder and salt. Make golf ball size meatballs. Place in baking dish. Mix and boil catsup, brown sugar, liquid smoke, garlic salt and 1/2 chopped onion. Pour over meatba
