Ingredients/Components
- salt
- vegetable oil - 2 Tbsp
- boiling water
- soy sauce - 2 tsp
- green pepper, chopped - 1/2 item
- rice - 2/3 c
- beef bouillon cube - 1 item
- medium, chopped onion - 1 item
- stalks celery, chopped optional - 2 item
- diced, cooked beef may use any beef
How to make beef and rice:
Cook rice in hot oil until golden brown. Add salt, water, bouillon cube and soy sauce. Cover and simmer 20 minutes. Add remaining ingredients; cover and simmer (it may be necessary to add more water). All water should be absorbed at end of cooking time.
