Ingredients/Components
- salt - 2 Tbsp
- pepper - 1/2 tsp
- diced celery - 1 item
- noodles - 1 pkg
- small onion - 1/2 item
- cans tomato puree - 2 item
- cubed beef or stewing beef - 1 item
How to make beef and noodle soup:
Put beef in hot water. Add 2 tablespoons salt. Let cook for 1 1/2 to 2 hours. Add water when needed. Add the tomato puree, celery and onion. When meat is done, add pepper and noodles. Cook 15 to 20 minutes.Recipe categories: Weeknight, Soups & stews, > 1 day.
