- confectioners sugar - 1 c
- cold milk - 4 c
- chocolate instant pudding - 2 pkg
- cake mix chocolate - 1 pkg
How to make pudding cake:
Preheat oven. Prepare cake according to package in a 9 x 13-inch pan.As soon as cake is done, remove from oven. Poke holes with a handle from a wooden spoon 1-inch apart. Only after poking holes, combine pudding mix with sugar in a large bowl. Gradually stir milk into pudding mix, then beat on medium for not more than 1 minute. Do not overbeat. Quickly pour 1/2 thin pudding into holes to make stripes, then allow remaining pudding to thicken, then pour over cake, swirl and refrigerate.
