Ingredients/Components
- c flour - 1 item
- eggs - 2 item
- tsp salt - 1/2 item
- 1/3 c milk - 1 item
- oil - 2 Tbsp
How to make basic crepes:
Beat ingredients in mixing bowl until smooth. Let batter set for 1 hour. Next, oil a 7-inch (or 5) crepe pan and heat it until a drop of water sizzles when dropped (use about 3 Tbsp of batter). Add all at once, turning and tilting pan to cover area. Turn crepe when browned. Remove when done.Recipe categories: Eggs/dairy, Pancakes and waffles, Breakfast.
