Ingredients/Components
- salt - 2 tsp
- brown sugar - 1/4 c
- water - 1 c
- vinegar - 1/2 c
- dry mustard - 2 tsp
- Worcestershire sauce - 2 Tbsp
- ketchup - 1 c
- large onion - 1 item
- spareribs - 4 lb
How to make barbecued spareribs:
Cut spareribs into serving portions. Brown well in large skillet. Combine rest of ingredients and pour over ribs. Cover and bake at 350° for 2 hours. Spoon the sauce over the ribs 2 or 3 times during the cooking period. Uncover and bake 15 to 20 minutes until sauce coats ribs. Serves 6.Recipe categories: < 4 hours, Meat, Pork.
