Barbecued ribs
Ingredients/Components
- salt - 3/4 tsp
- brown sugar - 2 Tbsp
- margarine - 2 Tbsp
- Worcestershire sauce - 2 tsp
- catsup - 1/2 c
- chopped onions - 2 Tbsp
- prepared mustard - 1/4 c
- chili sauce - 1/4 c
- dash of garlic salt - 1 item
- thin lemon slices - 4 item
- spareribs - 2 lb
- green onions optional - 1 item
How to make barbecued ribs:
Cut ribs into serving sized pieces. Place into a Dutch oven and cover with water. Add 3/4 teaspoon salt and bring to a boil. Cover; reduce heat and simmer 45 minutes; drain. Place ribs in shallow baking pan. Combine next nine ingredients, mixing well. Pour sauce over ribs; bake uncovered at 350° for 25 minutes, basting occasionally. Garnish with green onions, if desired.
